Busch Gardens Tampa Bay has officially announced the grand opening of Phoenix Rising, the most anticipated coaster of 2024. This exciting new ride will be available for exclusive previews for Pass Members from July 17 to 20, before opening to the public on July 21.

Phoenix Rising is North America’s tallest and longest inverted family coaster, offering riders an unforgettable adventure high above the Serengeti Plain. This coaster is the first at Busch Gardens Tampa Bay to feature onboard audio and lighting, creating a fully immersive experience. Inspired by the legend of the phoenix, this ride includes thrilling twists and turns, reaching speeds of up to 44 miles per hour. With a height requirement of just 42 inches, it’s an adventure the whole family can enjoy.
