RV Policy: Fort Wilderness offers the option to rent RVs from one of several Disney Featured Providers. Guests can enjoy the freedom of outdoor living without the hassle of equipment ownership, with providers handling the delivery, set-up, and returns in collaboration with Fort Wilderness Cast Members. Additionally, registered guests are encouraged to bring their own RVs, allowing for a personalized camping experience within the resort’s picturesque grounds.

Golf Cart Policy: For guests seeking efficient and convenient transportation around Fort Wilderness, golf carts are readily available for rent from the resort itself. Reservations can be made in advance by calling 407-824-2724, ensuring availability upon arrival. Furthermore, guests have the option to bring their own golf carts, offering added flexibility for navigating the expansive campground. However, starting June 1, guests must be prepared to provide proof of insurance and sign an operating agreement for personal golf carts.
Important Notes: In line with Walt Disney World’s policies, third-party companies are strictly prohibited from conducting business on the property. Unauthorized rentals by non-resort guests are not permitted.
