Great news friends: We are nearing the end of the Wall-COT era of EPCOT! The park is poised to unveil the finishing touches of its most extensive transformation in history. Starting June 10, visitors can explore the fully reimagined EPCOT, including the new CommuniCore Plaza and the Mickey & Friends character greeting location!

Situated in the heart of EPCOT, CommuniCore Plaza is set to become a central hub for the park’s renowned festivals and celebrations. More than just an event space, the plaza will also offer a cool indoor area for families to relax and recharge. A key highlight of CommuniCore Plaza will be the new Mickey & Friends character greeting location, which will provide a permanent home for Mickey and friends. Designed to provide serene views and exciting experiences, the plaza promises to be an ideal spot for visitors to unwind.

EPCOT will also continue to enhance the World Celebration Gardens, adding even more greenery and relaxing spaces for guests to enjoy. Additionally, visitors can look forward to an expanded selection of food and beverage options and entertainment offerings.
