Walt Disney World guests are recommended to utilize Disney’s complimentary Wi-Fi service for internet access and to engage with My Disney Experience. Those impacted by the service disruption can also leverage Disney’s Wi-Fi network for voice calls.

AT&T acknowledged that some of its customers are encountering interruptions and is actively working to urgently restore service. They are advising affected users to consider employing Wi-Fi calling until the service is fully reinstated.
