As we reported back in December, Kali River Rapids is gearing up to be closed for its annual refurbishment. We knew at the time the ride would close on January 8th for refurbishment, and are now able to report the duration of the closure.

Kali River Rapids will close for refurbishment on January 8th and is currently slated to remain closed through mid-March. Items typically covered during a refurbishment include updating the mechanics, refreshing the scenic elements, or sometimes even adding new features.
