The name change has been reflected on the Disney Experiences website and it states, “Disney Experiences brings the magic of Disney stories and franchises to life through theme parks, resorts, cruise ships, unique vacation experiences, products and more around the world.”
The site has also split the Parks, Experiences, and Products into three separate tabs. The website as a whole features looks at Disney Experiences offerings and programs such as the new World of Frozen land at Hong Kong Disneyland and the BD droid playtest in Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge at Disneyland.
Disney Experiences, under the leadership of Chairman Josh D’Amaro, includes Disney Parks, Walt Disney Imagineering (WDI), Disney Consumer Products, and more. The team also features leaders such as Barbara Bouza, President of WDI; Bruce Vaughn, Chief Creative Officer of WDI; Lisa Becket, Executive Vice President of Global Marketing; Jill Estorino, President and Managing Director of Disney Parks International; Ken Potrock, President of Disneyland Resort; and Jeff Vahle, President of Walt Disney World Resort.
