Disney Genie+ Prices Soar to New Heights for Thanksgiving Week at Walt Disney World

As Thanksgiving week kicks off, Disney Genie+ pricing at Walt Disney World has surged to unprecedented levels. The Multi-Park and Magic Kingdom Genie+ option now stands at $35, a significant jump from yesterday’s $27. Across all parks, prices have increased by $8 or $9 compared to the previous day. Disney’s Animal Kingdom is now priced at $25, Disney’s Hollywood Studios at $32, and EPCOT at $28.

Today’s pricing marks the highest point since the launch of Genie+ at Walt Disney World. The question remains whether prices will continue to rise during the anticipated holiday peak weeks, especially in the aftermath of Christmas Day.

In addition, Individual Lightning Lane Purchases have also seen a slight uptick today. Avatar Flight of Passage is now priced at $16, Guardians of the Galaxy Cosmic Rewind at $17, Seven Dwarfs Mine Train at $12, Star Wars Rise of the Resistance at $25, and TRON Lightcycle Run at $20.

Since June 27, 2023, Disney expanded Genie+ to offer guests the choice of selecting it as a single-park or multi-park option, with prices varying by park and date. The multi-park option, the most expensive, functions similarly to the original Disney Genie+ option, allowing guests to use Genie+ at any park visited on that day.

Disney Genie+ is a purchasing option within the Disney Genie service that grants access to the former FastPass line at select attractions, now referred to as Lightning Lane. Some headline attractions are not included in Genie+, and accessing Lightning Lane at those attractions requires an Individual Attraction purchase, with prices varying.
