Epcot’s Toy Soldier Store Reopens in the UK Pavilion at Last

Epcot’s Toy Soldier Re-opens

Epcot’s Toy Soldier has re-opened after being closed for some time. We just had to stop inside and take a peek. The shop sits in the back area of Epcot’s United Kingdom Pavilion just across from the garden square. It’s nice to see things getting back to normal. There was even a band playing British tunes in the gazebo again.

The window display features 101 Dalmations merchandise.

The shop houses merchandise from popular Disney movies with British characters like Mary Poppins, Winnie the Pooh, Peter Pan, and 101 Dalmations. If you are looking for Alice in Wonderland merchandise be sure to head over to The Tea Caddy.

The first thing you see stepping through the doors is an adorable Mickey dressed as a Royal Guardsman, displayed in a red phone booth.

Everything from t-shirts to housewares, toys, and collectible figures can be found here. Tinkerbell merchandise abounds and we found the cutest ornaments ever here!

Tinkerbell sits atop a spool of thread with a thimble atop her head. There is a switch on the bottom that turns a light on lighting the thimble up. If you prefer a little pixie dust with your Tink the Tinkerbelle on the mirror ornament is absolutely magical. Tink sits on a tiny bottle of spilled pixie dust and a small note that says “My favorite color is sparkle” is attached with a thread to the jar.

The Tinker Bell 50th Anniversary music box and Pirate Ship Ride Vehicle figurine are available for purchase as well.

Mary Poppins Merchandise

If you want to be practically perfect like Mary Poppins you will want to check out some of the Mary Poppins themed clothing and housewares here. From Marys Jolly Holiday skirt to teapots and tea towels, you won’t find this themed merchandise anywhere else.

101 Dalmations

We also spotted, no pun intended, some fun 101 Dalmations items. A Big Ben bag, housewares, clothing for kids and adults, and of course some cool stuff for your pups. For our canine companions, they have harnesses, collars, and leashes.

Winnie The Pooh

You will find a lot of exclusive to this shop U.K.-themed Winnie the Pooh merchandise here. The Dooney and Burke Winnie the Pooh Collection can be found here as well as a few other locations on property. Housewares and plush toys round out the collection. Don’t you just love those adorable Pooh ears?

Kidcot is back

Speaking of things returning to normal the Kidcot Station is back.

I really love how I feel transported when I am strolling around Epcot’s Pavilions. The U.K. has always been one of my favorites. There is just something cozy about this little shop. Will you be stopping by the Toy Soldier on your next trip to Epcot?
