A tornado was spotted near Epcot in Walt Disney World a little less than an hour ago. The photo was captured by Andrew Klatt and shared on social media.

On September 15th around 6:45 – 7 pm est, Guests visiting Epcot were shocked to see a tornado/funnel cloud forming near Spaceship Earth at Walt Disney World.

At 632 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding.
At 7:58 pm a Tornado Warning was issued for Lake & Orange County through 8:30 pm.
