Disneyland’s Tomorrowland Refurbishment expected to be announced at D23 Expo
Disneyland’s Tomorrowland entrance is currently under construction and a larger refurbishment of the area could be announced this fall. It’s been rumored that Tomorrowland will receive a big renovation for a few years now but that project was most likely delayed due to the pandemic.

Disney’s D23 Expo is taking place in Anaheim next month. That would be the obvious time and place to announce a major renovation for Tomorrowland. The rumored project is said to be a $600 million refurbishment.

This reported refurbishment follows the temporary closure and renovation of another land in Disneyland park. Mickey’s Toon Town was closed earlier this year for a major redesign and the addition of a new attraction – Mickey and Minnie’s Runaway Railway. Toon Town is expected to reopen in 2023.
Stay tuned for updates and announcements coming soon at the D23 Expo!
