Oscar Isaac Open to Returning as Poe Dameron in Star Wars

Actor Oscar Issac is open to the possibility of playing Poe Dameron again in the Star Wars universe.

For starters, Oscar Isaac recently said during a SiriusXM interview that he’s “so open” to more “Star Wars” as long as “there was a great story and a great director.”

Oscar Isaac Open to Returning as Poe Dameron in Star Wars

When asked about returning to the Star Wars franchise, Oscar Issac replied:

“I don’t know. I’m open to anything. You never know. I have no real feeling one way or another. I’m open to any good story. Time is the one thing that becomes challenging…as you get older and kids and all that. Where do movies fit in? If there was a great story and a great director and Lucasfilm president Kathy Kennedy came to me and was like, ‘I have this great idea,’ then I’m so open to it.”

The last time we saw Poe Dameron was in The Rise of Skywalker. Even though that trilogy is finished, we believe there’s more story to be told for his character.

Would you like to see Oscar Issac play Poe Dameron again in the Star Wars universe? We know we are open to a potential Disney+ series if he does return!
