Jason Schwartzman is joining the voice cast for Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse.
He will voice an antagonist known as The Spot and will be the primary villain in the movie.
Miles Morales returns in an epic adventure which transports Brooklyn’s full-time, friendly neighborhood Spider-Man across the Multiverse to join forces with Gwen Stacy and a new team of Spider-People to face off with a villain more powerful than anything they have ever encountered.

Even though the Sony sequel Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse doesn’t come out for another year, the movie has been on a press tour which fired off with 15 minutes being shown at CinemaCon in late April and now another 15 minutes at the Animation festival Annecy.
Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse has been officially pushed back eight months from October 7, 2022, to June 2, 2023.
Along with this delay, Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse Part II has been moved to March 29, 2024.
