A Daredevil reboot is reportedly set to enter production for a future Disney+ series.
According to the latest issue of Production Weekly, Marvel Studios has a listing for a project simply described as “Daredevil reboot.” The entry is filed alongside a bunch of projects already confirmed to be in development. The show is listed as a Disney+ series currently in development, with head of Marvel Studios Kevin Feige, and Chris Gary mentioned as producers. Even though no timeline for production has been given outside of a general 2022/2023 timetable, the news has Marvel fans pondering the ramifications of Charlie Cox making a recent MCU cameo.

Many believe Marvel’s previous Netflix series, which recently joined the Disney+ streaming library, wasn’t considered part of the MCU. Yet Charlie Cox’s reprisal of Daredevil in Spider-Man: No Way Home suggests that Marvel Studios has plans for the Devil of Hell’s Kitchen.
Even Vincent D’Onofrio reappeared as his Kingpin character in the ”Hawkeye” Disney+ series. Seeing both actors make official MCU appearances certainly has us hoping to see more Daredevil. Plus, both actors have expressed an interest in continuing to play their respective characters on screen for Marvel.
Time will tell what the official plans are for the Man Without Fear in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
