Disney sells former Vista Way College Program Apartment Complex

The Walt Disney Company has recently sold its former College and International Program apartment complex Vista Way to a Denver-based real estate investment firm called Grand Peaks for 90 Million Dollars.

Disney now houses college program participants at a new Flamingo Crossings Village complex off Route 429 near the Western Way entrance to Walt Disney World.

According to the Orlando Business Journal, the new complex will be renamed Emerald Grove and should be ready for families to move in this summer.
