Tron Lightcycle Run Construction shows crews working on the entrance and roof. Welcome to our weekly update on the Tron Lightcycle coaster construction. A good amount of work, and quite noticeable, is being done. We have the entrance being almost complete. The train underpass is being worked on. The biggest news is the canopy’s first pieces have been installed.
The Entrance section metal framework is now complete. With the blue netting being removed from the largest section of the dome above the entranceway. That will be replaced any day now. Also, where the train will go underneath the walkway, crews have started digging into the ground making way for the tracks to be installed, hopefully, sooner than later. The supports holding up that section that the train will pass under should be coming down any time now.
Installation has begun on the white dome cover. The giant white canopy is being installed in small sections at a time. You can see in the images below, that crews have placed the cover pieces all along the dome structure. With the front section already finished, as crews work in small sections at a time.
