The Parking Lot Trams are officially back at Walt Disney World for transporting guests!
It’s been a long time since we’ve seen trams in operation at Walt Disney World Resort. They haven’t been used for guests since March 2020. But now they are finally back for guests to use at Magic Kingdom! Disney is now offering tram service in the parking lot for the Ticket and Transportation Center.
We recently rode the tram ourselves this week when we went to Magic Kingdom!

The Walt Disney World Cast and Community celebrated the return of trams on Sunday, December 19th with the following post:
“Driver, you are clear to the Transportation and Ticket Center!” Cast Members welcomed Guests back onto courtesy trams at the Magic Kingdom this morning.
Parking Operations Cast Members are focused on creating magic for our Guests during their Walt Disney World Resort stay by ensuring the highest standards of safety while greeting, loading/unloading, driving, spieling, and directing Guests in the parking lots. Parking Operations Cast Members safely operate multi-car passenger trams throughout parking lots.
