Swan and Dolphin Food & Wine Classic Review. One of the best events of the year at Walt Disney World resort is Food & Wine Classic at the Swan and Dolphin resort. This year was no different. If you are a foodie, or a wine connoisseur this is the event for you, We enjoyed our time sipping wine, trying new beer from smaller brewers, and food from some of the top chefs and restaurants that make their home at Swan and Dolphin. We also capped off our night with a spectacular view of Harmonious from the new observation deck at the Swan Reserve.
With maybe 100 different wine selections, 30 beer selections, and multiple food booths, it was hard to know where to start. Shula’s? Or Todd English? Life is good when you have to make that selection. Separated into neighborhoods this year, the tents lining the outside walkways of Swan and Dolphin were full of some of the best selections from Swan and Dolphin restaurants.

We absolutely loved trying all the different varieties. The Steak from Shula’s is always going to be top-notch, we did find a Wagyu sloppy joe, in the beer garden that we really enjoyed. Plus the music in the garden was perfect, David Posso sang and played guitar at the perfect volume for us to sit relax and enjoy.
One thing we found out right away is the abundance of wine booths can become overwhelming for those of us who do not understand wine yet. We did find a sparkling wine we enjoyed from Chandon Garden Spritz. It was a perfect starter.
We have to say hello to Todd English, who was humble and nice and explained his dishes to everyone stopping by. Most celebrity Chefs can be a little rushed and move on quickly, Chef English took time with each person who wanted to stop and talk. Swan and Dolphin Food & Wine was the place to be.

The main stage of Swan and Dolphin Food & Wine hosted a wonderful Yacht rock review, that changed over to a dance party later in the evening and kept the crowd upbeat and wanting to drink and dance all night long. They were only off the stage for a few minutes when The American Sirens, a trio of cabaret singers came out and rocked the house with the retro style hits collection of songs.
