This agreement will require all entertainment cast members represented by the Service Trades Council Union, which represents 30,000 employees at Walt Disney World, to be vaccinated by October 22, 2021. Waivers for religious and medical reasons will be available but cast members who do not get a waiver or the vaccine will not be able to keep their position.
