Another store is closing it’s doors at Disney Springs. The Kiehl’s store is officially leaving Disney Springs and closed on January 16th.
According to their website, Kiehl’s began 165 years ago as an Old World Apothecary. Starting as a single pharmacy in Manhattan at Third Avenue and East 13th Street in 1851. Over the years it slowly evolved into a cosmetics brand retailer that specializes in premium skin, hair, and body care products.
Kiehl’s is joining several other Disney Springs businesses that could not weather the closure, including Wolfgang Puck Express. Time will tell how shopping and leisure have been affected by the temporary measures, but we certainly hope that Disney Springs remains largely unaffected. New businesses, such as Gideon’s Bakehouse and Everglaze Donuts, provide hope that things will soon be better than ever in Disney Springs!
