Today marks the reopening of Epcot & Hollywood Studios. Disney World has gone through great steps to make guests feel safe while visiting the theme parks.
Let’s take a look at the Social Distancing Measures in place on one of our favorite rides… Spaceship Earth.
There are now social distancing markers on the ground on both the outside and inside of the attractions line.
Disney is also separating guests when getting on the attraction. Groups can stay together but they are limiting it to every other buggy.
Cast Members are also wearing facemasks and shields to provide additional safety.
One of the biggest items we notice on the ride is that you can no longer smell Rome Burning. Not sure if that has been turned off for the time being or that it is malfunctioning. Good thing we have a candle at home!
Signage is up everywhere reminding guests about social distancing.
Project Tomorrow is officially closed to guests but it was still nice to be able to enjoy the attraction considering it was going to be closed to guests for Refurbishment.
