The medium-thick slices are coated in a layer of cornflakes, a crunchy contrast to the toast’s melt-in-your-mouth texture. And the mix of grated cinnamon, fresh fruit and maple syrup add sweetness and spice to the dish. It’s one of my must-nosh breakfast dishes at Disney!
