Idris Elba Confirms He Has Tested Positive For Coronavirus. Disney fans know actor Idris Elba best by his roles in Finding Dory, Zootopia as Chief Bogo, and as Heimdall in the Thor Films and MCU. According to a video he shared to Twitter, Elba had self-quarantined himself and his family after knowingly coming in contact with someone who had tested positive with the virus last week. He immediately ordered testing and the results came back positive.

Elba claims he is feeling fine and it is having a minimal impact on him at the moment, but he is hoping to prevent spreading the virus by staying home and trying to keep spirits high. Idris shared the video today along with the caption:

“This morning I tested positive for Covid 19. I feel ok, I have no symptoms so far but have been isolated since I found out about my possible exposure to the virus.. Stay home people and be pragmatic. I will keep you updated on how I’m doing [fist bump emojis] No panic.”
