New Sony and Marvel Movie Announced Set To Release in October 2021. Our spidey-senses are tingling! Sony and Marvel have locked down a theatrical release date for a currently unknown and untitled project set to release October 8, 2021. Currently the only reported projects in production include:

Morbius (July 31, 2020)
Venom 2 (October 2, 2020)
Spider-Man 3 (July 16, 2021)
Spider-Man: Into the Spider-verse Sequel (2022)

So what can we expect in theaters October 8, 2021?

Sony's web continues to grow.

Sony and Marvel have yet to make any formal announcements regarding the new untitled film, but there are a few rumored Sony-Marvel projects that could have been awarded the release date. The most likely projects include the rumored standalone Gwen Stacy film following the character from Spider-Man: Into the Spider-verse, the introduction of Madame Web, and last but not least, the rumor of a Sinister Six film.
