Disney Parks, Experiences and Products Chairman Bob Chapek unveiled the new digital offering explaining how the new digital offering will help guests make the most out of their visit, regardless if this is their first time or a seasoned pro!
Disney Genie promises to make planning easier and more fun by creating customised itineraries geared to your interests. Creating magical itineraries from a royal, princess-themed day at the Magic Kingdom Park to a food adventure around the world at Epcot or a coaster filled day for the thrill-seekers! Certain features of the app will also be available through your preferred travel professional.
Guests will be able to tell Disney Genie what they would like to experience it and will magically evaluate millions of options to present you with an optimal day! Best of all, if guests change their mind, your day can be will re-optimize!
Guests will also receive real-time tips and updates, including recommendations for experiences it thinks you’ll love as well as helping you navigate the theme parks. Better yet, Disney Genie can make multiple reservations so you don’t have to!
