Disney’s Aulani Resort and Disney team of heroes brings joy to keiki at the Kapi‘olani Medical Center, as part of the Disney VoluntEARS service. Aulani Resort supports the community in a variety of ways, including events, collaborations with local nonprofit organisations, donations as well as bringing magic to local families.
Aulani Resort brings joy to keiki at Kapi‘olani Medical Center by hosting a “Toy Story 4” party for the keiki (children) at the Kapi‘olani Medical Center for Women and Children in Honolulu. This magical event was made possible by the Disney Team of Heroes initiative, who deliver comfort and inspiration to seriously ill children around the world.

Through Disney Team of Heroes, the Kapi‘olani Medical Center receives an annual donation of toys and this time their visit was extra special as “Toy Story” friends Woody and Bo Peep also visited. The duo shared hugs with keiki and their families as well as posed for photos. Disney VoluntEARS from Aulani Resort organized entertaining games and brought new Disney toys, books and comics for the keiki. They also had a special screening of “Toy Story 4” in the hospital auditorium.
