In the midst of a decent amount of pricing increases for the Walt Disney World Resort, there is one more guests can add to the list.
Price changes have hit the Walt Disney World Resort this week. We reported back in May of overnight parking increase. Now, the Walt Disney World annual passes have gone up in price effective immediately. In 2020, pricing of the Disney Dining Plan will be raised. As of now, the cost of the resort wide reusable tote bags used to haul all of your merchandise have increased as well.
The unique, park-themed totes come in three different sizes. Each of them ranging from three different prices according to size. Originally, the small tote retailed for $1.00, the medium for $1.50, and the large for $2.00. Now, all prices of the bags have been raised by one dollar. Guests can now purchase their reusable totes for $2.00, $2.50, and $3.00.
These price changes are occurring just over a couple months ahead of the grand opening of Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge at Disney’s Hollywood Studios park. Similar increases happened before the opening of the same land at the Disneyland Resort in Anaheim, California. Months before the land of Batuu opened at Disneyland, prices of annual passes and parking surged as well.
