This is how it works:

Starting today through August 8, 2019, those who currently have a Walt Disney World Premier, Platinum Plus, Platinum, and Gold Passholders can take advantage of this special Bring-a-Friend offer. Each annual passholder can purchase a 1-day Park Hopper ticket for just $89 plus tax. This is nearly 50% off depending on the day you visit the parks.
