Tokyo DisneySea “Fantasy Springs” Expansion

Breaking News! Tokyo DisneySea has just announced a new expansion called “Fantasy Springs”, planning to open in 2022. The new themed port of Tokyo DisneySea is set to cost ¥ 250 billion, which is a record high and to be the largest expansion planned since the opening of Tokyo DisneySea!

The new DisneySea expansion “Fantasy Springs” is based upon the theme of “The world of Disney Fantasy led by Magic Fountain” according to Tokyo Disneyland. The new expansion is set within the World of beloved Disney films adored by many generations. Guests walking into “Fantasy Springs” will encounter waterfalls and ponds with magical waters and transported into the heard of their favourite stories. Beyond that are three areas based on the Disney movies- Frozen, Rapunzel and Peter Pan! Guests will feel immersed in the magical stories with attractions, restaurants and many more. In addition, a new Disney hotel will also be built and sore above the park like a spring.

“Fantasy Springs” promises guests four new attractions, three restaurants and one shop within the new themed port, as well as a new  Disney hotel newly developed for this project. More guests will be able to enjoy the fascinating, novel fantasy world that no one has ever experienced, and the attractiveness and experience value of Tokyo DisneySea, which is the only theme in the world on the theme of “the story and legend related to the sea”!
