Concha Bread Minnie Ears Are Scrumptiously Adorable

Disney fans love snacks, even snacks we only see every once in a great while at the Disney Parks, including the sweet concha bread that made an appearance once at the Festival of the Arts. You can now show your love for this delicious sweet bread with the Concha Minnie Mouse Ears, now available at Epcot’s Mexico Pavilion.

If you have never experienced the delicious comfort of Concha bread, it’s a Mexican style sweet roll. A warm soft sweet bread is baked with a crunchy topping that is just heaven to eat. Sometimes the top crunchy sugar topping even comes in different flavors and colors. Personally I wish it was available all the time at Epcot!

The ears are an incredible recreation of these popular sweet rolls. A felt like textured ear is topped with a smooth material to resemble the “crunchy topping”. The details don’t stop there, on the reverse side there are gradients of color to make it look like golden brown fresh baked bread right out of the pan. The finishing touch is a Sarape inspired bow! The bow is a delightful representation of colors, that almost matches Donald’s Sarape in his Mexico Pavilion outfit. Clear sequins are layered on top for a sweet touch of sparkle.

  1. Hahahaha this is great! So creative! I love how many different ideas are made for ears. Im eccentric so if im getting a pair i like them different so less people have the same ones as me. So cute!

  2. Yasss! Concha bread is so good! Now to have more Three Caballeros stuff! #DisneyVacayGiveaway

  3. These are not my favorite ears. I honestly thought it looked like an animal print… never heard of concha bread. #DisneyVacayGiveaway

  4. I love the bow! It’s so colorful & it screams ‘Mexico!’ When I look at it, it definitely reminds me of the Mexican Donald Duck & that colorful poncho he wears. I never heard of or had concha bread before reading this article, so if I saw these ears in the store I’d walk right passed them without knowing what they are. #DisneyVacayGiveaway
