Buzzy from Cranium Command in the retired exhibit at Wonders of Life has been violated! His clothes were stripped from his body back in August reports from the Orange County Sheriffs state. The Orange County Sheriff’s say they are currently investigating the theft of the clothing that occurred back in August. WFTV9 in Orlando is reporting the details of this
Poor Buzzy, who was part of the now-closed “Wonders of Life” attraction at Epcot has been naked and afraid ever since. We reported just last week that he has been stolen all together from the extinct exhibit! What does this mean? Does Buzzy have an enemy out there? The investigators say that someone sneaked into the backstage area that is not currently open to the public and took his red jacket, green cap, and his hands too! The report values the total theft at just $600 but the black market Disney collector may find much higher value in such items.
A suspect was arrested after refusing to hand over his phone and he has been interviewed. They have not made any arrests in the theft itself at this time. The investigation is on-going.
