Guests visiting the All Star Music Resort in Walt Disney World can go under the sea for a very special treat. A new Ariel Inspired Mermaid Cupcake is available at the Intermission Food Court. This cupcake is decked out in Ariel colors, and has mini candy pearls on top.
The mermaid cupcake is made with vanilla cake, and vanilla buttercream frosting. The main whip of the frosting is coated in tiny nonpareil pearls in a green color that matches Ariel’s fin. A swoop of red ruffles over the top like Ariel’s flowing red hair. Lastly two purple chocolates shaped like the shells Ariel wears top off this cupcake like a pair of Minnie ears! This cupcake is only available at the Intermission Food Court of All Star Music for the month of September! You make this snack part of your world for $5.99.
Mermaid seems to be the trend entering fall, as other Mermaid Cupcakes are also popping up around Disney Property. This is a lot like the Unicorn inspired treats did this summer.
