Pixar Fest has brought in some unique Pixar themed food options including this color changing Chilled Noodle Salad. This fun color changing food can be found at Lucky Fortune Cookery. Pixar Fest has brought in many Pixar dishes to celebrate the event. This fresh and fabulous salad is inspired by our Monsters Inc. friends. The dish includes color changing noodles and Herbaceous Preserved Plants, Sweet and Spicy Vinaigrette, Crushed and Toasted Peanuts with Mint, Thai Basil, Shredded Daikon (a type of radish), and Carrots. This dish is a combination of fresh flavors and crunchy peanuts with a hint of daikon.
The Lucky Fortune Cookery is located at Disney’s California Adventure on the Pacific Warf. This quick service location serves up Asian rice bowls in chicken/beef/tofu, chilled noodle salads, chicken and vegetable potstickers, edamame, fresh mango slices, and several cold beverage options.
