It appears we now have an opening date for the remaining Italian restaurants of The Edison complex at Disney Springs. Maria & Enzo’s Ristorante, Enzo’s Hideaway and Pizza Ponte, in a seemingly nonchalant tweet from Delaware North, will have their grand openings on January 4, 2018.

The pictures in the tweet show executives from Delaware North and the Patina Restaurant Group previewing the restaurants ahead of their official debut. The Edison’s New Year’s Eve grand opening has already sold out well in advance of the event.
Disney has yet to make the official opening date announcement but we would guess it’s coming soon.
