• GRAND OPENING! “Star Tours – The Adventures Continue” at Disney’s Hollywood Studios: The all-new 3-D attraction “Star Tours – The Adventures Continue” opens at Disney’s Hollywood Studios on May 20. With eye-popping 3-D digital filming, a dramatic musical score and motion simulator-based technology, guests will be immersed in the Star Wars galaxy like never before on a theme park attraction. Walt Disney Imagineering worked with Lucasfilm, Ltd. and Industrial Light & Magic – the groundbreaking visual effects division of Lucasfilm – to bring the out-of-this-world attraction to life.

May 20-June 12

• Kick Off! Star Wars Weekends at Disney’s Hollywood Studios: The power of the Force and the magic of Disney combine once again every Friday, Saturday and Sunday from May 20-June 12 at Disney’s Hollywood Studios for Star Wars Weekends. The sci-fi fan-fest inspired by the popular film saga includes meet-and-greet sessions with Star Wars characters, Jedi Training Academy, the popular “Hyperspace Hoopla” dance party, parades, Star Wars celebrity appearances and more. Event activities are included in theme park admission.
