Walt Disney World Resort is preparing for Hurricane Matthew, which is expected to bring heavy rain and wind to the Central Florida area as early as Thursday evening, October 6th. For the safety and comfort of its guests, Disney is offering to move guests from Fort Wilderness Resort and Campgrounds to other resorts on property for two evenings.
