According to the Orlando Sentinel, a woman nearly drowned at Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon on Sunday. Paramedics responded and she was transported to Florida Hospital Celebration Health.
Bo Jones, who is the assistant chief at Reedy Creek Emergency Services, said paramedics responded the call around 3:45 p.m. She is said to be in her mid-forties and was stable when she arrived at the hospital.
