The United Kingdom pavilion in Epcot’s World Showcase is a fan favorite for good reason. Whether you head over to hear the British Invasion play tribute to famous English groups of the 60s, 70s, and even 80s, or the improv troupe that frequents the cobblestone streets, you are sure to be entertained.
You can shop till you drop at the abundance of choices between jewelery, perfumes, teas, candy, clothing, medieval toys (sw0rds, shields, castles), Beatles and rugby merchandise, and even feather quills! Once you have worked up a good appetite, a good and consistent choice to stop is Yorkshire County Fish Shop. Here you will find an excellent platter of fish and chips as well as children’s choices, a wide variety of cold beverage (alcoholic and non) and other typical counter service choices.
Yorkshire County Fish Shop is open for lunch and dinner (not long after World Showcase itself opens up) and takes a quick service credit on the Disney Dining Plan. If you are looking for a quick bite of traditional English food, look no further. The complete menu for Yorkshire County Fish Shop can be found HERE.
Overall, we give Yorkshire County Fish Shop a “B”.
Real fish and chips like I had in London! Great for a snack. Only downside is seating.
Some of the best fish and chips I have ever had. The fish has a wonderful batter and is fried perfectly.
The fish and chips here are great. My only complaint is that there isn’t a lot of seating around here, so if it is crowded, you might have trouble finding a spot to enjoy them.
