Adult Guests aboard the Disney Dream and Disney Fantasy can now experience a new progressive tasting experience at Remy, an intimate French inspired restaurant aboard Disney cruise line. Petites Assiettes de Remy, or Small Plates of Remy is the perfect way for guests to acquaint themselves with the fine dining restaurant. This whimsical experience is offered in the evening hours on the first night of the cruise. Guest will explore the restaurant escorted by the Executive Chef and Sommelier who introduce guest to six seasonal dishes and their perfectly selected wine parings. Guest will begin in Remy’s extravagant wine room where they will be served blinis with Californian caviar and Champagne. the next four courses are served in the main dining room where guest are presented with a delicious French-inspired dish, such as grilled salmon with smoked salmon cream and Kobe beef with turnip and potato gratin, along with the perfect wine pairing at each station. This spectacular experience comes to a close with a sophisticated dessert and the final wine pairing in the private Chef’s Table dining room.
