The culinary team at the Disney World Swan and Dolphin is getting ready for the annual Disney World Swan and Dolphin Food and Wine Classic, it takes place Oct. 18-19. The event is an great opportunity for everyone to enjoy some yummy food and wine, you can also attend food and wine seminars.
Incredible food creations from short rib Oscar to raspberry s’mores. Guests can buy wines and event merchandise. New this year is a pasta-making seminar hosted by hotel executive chef Robert Ciborowski. There is a new Italian wine class, where guests can learn the history of Italian wine and its influence on culture and cuisine.
Returning beverage seminars include mixology, sake, beer, wine-blending, champagne, Riesling and Spanish wines.
Celebrity chef Todd English will be on hand as well. English is a world-renowned restaurant owner who has gained national acclaim through his chain of restaurants and cookbooks. His concept, Todd English’s bluezoo, is a AAA four-diamond restaurant and one of the signature restaurants of the Disney World Swan and Dolphin Hotel.
Laurent Branlard, the hotel’s executive pastry chef , and the world’s only two-time World Pastry Chef will also be there throughout the weekend.

Advance purchase event-only tickets are available for $85 including taxes and include unlimited food and beverage samples on the causeway.
