Kidnapped shortly after birth by the selfish Mother Gothel (Donna Murphy), Rapunzel (Mandy Moore) has spent the last 18 years of her life growing up in a tower, sheltered from the world. Gothel has used Rapunzel’s magical hair to keep her forever youthful, even though her young ward longs for a life in the outside world, brimming with possibilities. Enter one Flynn Ryder (Zachary Levy), a thief on the run who stumbles upon Rapunzel’s tower — and the beautiful maiden inside — and let the adventures begin!
