Well, the last update that we were waiting for in order to price out 2014 vacations has finally been announced. Here’s the bad news (as expected), the cost of the Disney Dining Plans has increased. The prices for all of Disney’s dining plans have increased for any Disney World vacation package bookings made on or after June 17, 2013.
Although Disney has not released exact totals yet, they have announced what the costs of the Disney dining plans will be no more than.
- Disney’s Quick Service Dining Plan- less than $41 per adult and less than $17 per child
- Disney’s Dining Plan- less than $60 per adult and less than $20 per child
- Disney’s Deluxe Dining Plan- less than $106 per adult and less than $31 per child
Remember, adult prices are charged for anyone 10 years of age and older. Children’s prices are applicable to children between the ages of three and nine while children under three years of age are free!

Love the dining plan but it is just to much food, with the price increase we will just pay out of pocket’
Thank you for letting us know about the increase. It will make us take another look at our budget to see what can and cannot be done during our next visit.
Looking forward to going to Disney in the future and using the Dining Plan to get some good meals.
I love the Disney dining plan and the last time we went we incorperated it into our trip and it was nice not having to worry about meals and money to pay for them, and the crazy amount of snacks you get are awesome
I like the Disney Dinning plan when I went down this past September. It was convenient and easy to use. I know some people find they wont eat that much food, but when using it for character meet and greats its nice because you can use that time to eat and relax and know that you don’t have to rush around or wait in line to meet some characters and it will free up your time in the parks.
We Don’t do the DDP. For our family it’s cheaper to pay for food on our own. There are lot’s of ways to eat great and not spend a whole lot .. especially if you have a family of light eaters like mine. 🙂
