Update On Disney’s Hollywood Studios Skyliner Progress

The Disney Skyliner at Hollywood Studios is making progress! Soon, guests will be able to take an amazing gondola ride from select Disney resorts to Hollywood Studios and Epcot theme parks. You can see the construction on the towers that will hold the skyliner gondola cars. These towers will soon be seen all along the path from resort to park and back again.

When completed, the Disney Skyliner will connect Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort, including the new DVC Riviera Resort, Disney’s Art of Animation Resort and Disney’s Pop Century Resort to Hollywood Studios and Epcot’s International Gateway. Guests will be able to get a bird’s eye view of the Disney Resort on their way to their destinations.

Even the Disney ducks are appreciating the progress on this fantastic new Skyliner transportation system. Set to be up and running sometime in 2019, the Disney Skyliner Gondola system is going to be an exciting new way to travel around the Walt Disney World Resort.
