Have you heard about Taste Track? I will admit that when I first saw the name I thought it said Test Track. Taste Track is a new quick service spot at Epcot. They are serving the classic grilled cheese sandwich but with a twist. Think of it as grown up grilled cheese.
How does Gruyere and Applewood smoked bacon sound? Or, Fontina and tomato basil? Maybe, Canadian cheddar and apples grilled cheese sandwich on cinnamon raisin bread. Every sandwich comes with either tomato bisque soup or a side salad.
There are not just grilled cheese, you can also get a roasted chicken salad or a kid’s grilled cheese sandwich.
On my next trip to Epcot I will be trying at least one of these. Which sandwich sounds good to you?
