Everybody has their favorite Disney World Show for one reason or another, like the songs and story, sentimental reasons, cuteness factor and so on, whatever the case Disney shows are like no other!  From Broadway to action and from whimsy to fairy-tales Disney shows has something for everyone!

I have to say I enjoy them all and try to do as many as time allows per trip but there are always those few that I just have to get to, no matter what! Fireworks. Parades and Dinner shows aside (that’s another article)these are the shows in the parks that have a fan following of there very own!

Lets take a look at just a few of My Favorites!

Festival of the Lion King This is a favorite of many with floats, singers, dancers, acrobatic monkeys and of course Timon & Pumba! This toe tapping, sing along show will delight everyone, it’s truly is a Broadway-caliber show! Try to get there early for a seat down front but keep in mind, not a bad seat in the house!

It’s Tough to be a Bug– Just the fact that you have to walk down a winding path around the Tree of Life and the show itself is under the Tree of Life, make this show a must do! It’s in 3-D, cute, funny and you may even learn a thing or two about bugs, even with the smells and um “creepy” honorary guest! Smaller guest may get scared, but they can sit on parents laps 😉

Finding Nemo The Musical Another Broadway worthy show! Big animated backgrounds, extremely cool puppets with acrobats and dancers that will leave you singing and reminding yourself to “Just Keep Swimming, Just Keep Swimming” all day long!

Turtle Talk with Crush– Even though my son is a little big to set down front anymore we still enjoy this show. So much fun to hear crush interact the guest and its different every time but always entertaining!

Indiana Jones Epic Stunt Spectacular This one is my sentimental favorite, Indiana Jones movies were my grandmas favorite and this show just makes smile and think of how much she would love it 🙂 Loud explosions, big flames, a rolling boulder and a hero to save the day… what more could a girl ask for 😉

Mickey’s PhilharMagic– Here you get to see Donald Duck fly through scenes of  Disney classic movies all while chasing Mickey’s Sorcerer Hat! Its a fun filled 3-D show with great effects and lots of your favorite Disney characters! We like sitting in the middle towards the back~

Enchanted Tales with BelleThis newer show will be a favorite for years to come and will be on the “cant miss list” of many! Here you go from Maurice’s cottage to Beast’s Library for an amazing storytelling experience with Belle and Lumiere. This show has guest help with the story by playing a role while getting to experience an interactive fairy-tale!

Remember these are just a few of the many shows all over Disney property for guest to enjoy, so take the time and see a few on your next Disney Vacation!

  1. My favorite show used to be Tarzan, in Animal Kingdom, but since that got replaced, my favorite show is The Festival of the Lion King, it is such a wonderful show, I have to see it every time I’m at WDW sometime 2 or 3 times while I’m there.;)

  2. Little mermaid, beauty and beast show, lion king, nemo the musical, nemo ride, Soarin, and Electrical light parade are my favorites.
