Pleasure Island at is one of three areas of Downtown Disney at Walt Disney World Resort. Originally conceived of as an adult-oriented, nightclub spot for Disney guests, Pleasure Island is now an island in transition.
Operating hours for the common areas at Downtown Disney Pleasure Island are loosely 8:00 a.m. – 2:00 a.m. This includes all Downtown Disney promenades, walkways, rest rooms and green spaces. (Times may vary slightly, dependent on the day of week and time of year). Guests generally will not stay in the area into the wee hours, due to a lack of entertainment options beyond restaurants.
Shopping at Pleasure Island
During Pleasure Island’s transitions, many retail shops have relocated to Downtown Disney Marketplace or West Side. Tentative plans for Pleasure Island include adding more specialty boutiques.
- Apricot Lane Boutique (late summer 2011)
- Curl by Sammy Duvall
- Fuego by Sosa Cigars
Dining at Downtown Pleasure Island

Fulton’s Crab House and Portobello, other table-service choices, are located very near Pleasure Island; they are close to Marketplace and are considered part of that area of Downtown Disney.
