We’ve all been there, you’re enjoying a magical Walt Disney World vacation and you suddenly notice that you’ve lost something. Don’t panic! Disney has just implemented a new online Lost and Found recovery for items lost at any Walt Disney World theme park, Disney Springs, Transportation (including busses, monorails, and watercraft), ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex or Disney Water Park.
Walt Disney World Resort has partnered with Chargerback to help track lost and found items. Chargerback is the leading provider of online Lost and Found recovery for many airlines, casinos, resorts, rental car companies, cruise lines, and amusement parks.
Once you realize an item is lost you can fill out the online report, available at the link below. This will allow the Disney team to start looking for your lost item.

Once you fill out the online form you will receive an email notification with your Lost Item claim number. The Disney team will continue to look for your item and provide you with an email update within 48 hours. Disney will contact you if they believe the item has been found or if they need further information.
Please note that if an item has been lost at a Resort Hotel then you would need to contact the specific resort Lobby Concierge for assistance.
For Magical Express, please contact (866) 599-0951 if the item has been lost for less than 30 minutes. If the item was lost over 30 minutes ago, please contact Mears Transportation Group at (407) 423-5566.
