My Disney Experience has become an invaluable tool that provides guests an easier way to plan and enjoy their Disney World vacation. The Mobile Order allows guests to purchase quick-service meals on-demand, saving valuable park hopping time. And, it’s not the only new feature of My Disney Experience, which is making vacation personalization easier than ever. Online Mobile Check In at Disney Resort hotels, online ticket purchasing, FastPass+, Disney PhotoPass and more are all available at the touch of a button.
The roll out of the Mobile Order service has been received by park visitors with such success that it is now officially available at 15 different locations throughout Walt Disney World theme parks and Disney Springs. It allows guests to order on demand at quick-service restaurants, pay in advance, and skip the line. That way time can be better spent enjoying the attractions and experiences throughout the resort.
To use Mobile Order, sign in to the My Disney Experience app and tap the “Order Food” button, which lists restaurants that offer the service. Browse restaurant menus, select items, customize your order and prepay, all right through the app. Then, when you arrive at the restaurant, just tap “I’m Here, Prepare My Order” in the app, which notifies the kitchen to prepare your meal. When it’s ready, a notification will alert you to pick up your meal from the “Mobile Order Pick Up” area in the restaurant. *Location operates seasonally
Currently the only form of payment accepted through the Mobile Order service are credit cards. Guests can look forward to additional payment options to be added soon. If you have concerns about dietary restrictions or wish to use discounts or utilize a Disney Disney Plan then you will need to place your order with a cashier.
