Ka-Chow! Hey there Radiator Springs fans we’ve got some news for you! The Flo’s V8 Café new menu at Disney California Adventure park at the Disneyland Resort is here! This brand new lunch and dinner menu will give you the fuel you need to race through the parks so stop by today to check it out!
Staring with some Pit Stop Classics, Ramone’s Low and Slow Club is a tasty way to fuel yourself with
Turkey Breast, crispy Bacon, Avocado-Bacon Mayo, Lettuce, and Tomato on Toasted White Bread and served with Steak Fries it’s a nice spin on a classic Club! If a burger is more your style, the amazing Ka-Cheeseburger has you covered. This 1/3lb angus beef patty comes served on a sesame seed bun with cheddar cheese, 1000 Island, and caramelized onions. It also comes with steak fries. And another must try is the the Fin-tastic Tuna Sandwich with albacore tuna salad, lettuce, and tomato on toasted wheat bread!
Flo’s V8 Café isn’t lacking in the comfort food department either thanks to their Drive In Dishes! Flo’s Famous Fried Chicken starts off this list and comes with roasted garlic mashed potatoes, gravy, and seasonal vegetables. If you’re looking for something a little lighter so you can fly around those Radiator Springs curves, there’s the Cobb de Ville Salad with mixed lettuce, turkey breast, crispy bacon, blue cheese, blue cheese, hard boiled egg, corn, and tomatoes all topped with house-made ranch dressing. And Fillmore’s Pot Pie comes in a flaky pie crust with creamy sweet corn, potato, chiles, and cheddar cheese and is served with fresh fruit!
If you just need a quick bite to keep you going check out the Checkered Flag Chicken Noodle Soup. And don’t forget to ask about the Blue Plate Specials. These specials aren’t listed on the menu, and you never know what you might find!
And they’ve revamped the menu for the Junior Pit Crew as well. Options include Chicken Fenders, Taillight Turkey Slider, Mack’s Mac & Cheese or the Micro Burger. All these dishes are served with fresh fruit, baby carrots, and a choice of a small low-fat milk or a small bottle of water.
And because a trip to Flo’s isn’t complete without something sweet, make sure you check out the Flo’s Classic Milkshakes! You can get vanilla, chocolate, or strawberry shake topped with “Road Gravel” cookies and cream crumbles. Also on the dessert menu will be a rotational dessert, starting with the delicious Strawberry Pie.
There is an assortment of beverages available as well including fountain beverages, milk, orange juice, coffee, hot tea, or hot cocoa. Guests over 21 years of age can check out the specialty draft beer and wine with drafts including Victory Prima Pilsner and Bear Republic Racer 5 IPA, and wines include Kendall-Jackson VR Chardonnay, Coppola Rosso & Bianco, and Red Sangria.
