The holidays are the time to indulge in sweet treats at the Disneyland Resort!
The candy makers at Disneyland have created some amazing sweets for the holidays from gingerbreads to candy apples and everything in between! They are all available at candy locations throughout Disneyland and Disney California Adventure parks as the Holidays at Disneyland Resort are in full swing!
There are peppermint treats for everyone! Peppermint bark, peppermint fudge and peppermint marshmallow wands – marshmallows dipped in chocolate and coated with crushed candy cane pieces can be found throughout the parks. And don’t forget to check out the famous Disneyland hand-pulled candy canes. Remember, those amazing candy canes are only available at Candy Palace in Disneyland park and Trolley Treats in Disney California Adventure park. The candy apples aren’t left out of the peppermint fun – there is a peppermint dark chocolate apple coated in candy-covered chocolate that is a festive and fun treat!
You’ll also be able to try a Sandy Claws apple, Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse apples dipped in chocolate and coated in red sugar and a gingerbread candy apples which is coated in gingerbread-flavored sugar and decorated with icing!
If gingerbread is your thing you’ll want to try the new Mickey Mouse- and Minnie Mouse-shaped gingerbread crispy treats! Aren’t they adorable? Plus you’ll also find a snowflake shaped cake pop, a Jack Skellington cake pop and a cute little earmuff-wearing snowman cake pop! It’s a cuteness (or maybe sweetness?) overload!
And don’t forget about all of the holiday sweets available at this year’s Festival of Holidays at Disney California Adventure through January 7th. At the Festival Foods Marketplace you’ll find items such as delicious horchata fudge and a spicy peanut brittle.
