Christmas may still be over a month away, but Disney parks all across the globe have embraced the holiday season and have begun celebrating the most wonderful time of year with their park guests. Take a look at the holiday happenings at Disney parks across the world.
Disneyland Paris is celebrating the season with two new Christmas shows, “Sing Me a Merry Christmas” and “Goofy’s Incredible Christmas” both featuring some of your favorite Disney characters. “Merry Stitchmas” will be on the Royal Castle Stage where Stitch will show up for some Christmas fun. Join Mickey and Minnie at Videopolis for a Christmas sing-along with a jazz band and chorus. Cap off your Disneyland Paris Christmas celebration with Disney’s Christmas Parade, with classic Disney favorites, including your Toy Story friends Buzz and Woody!
During the day park guests can dance along with Mickey as the Disneyland band plays lively music for a special Christmas Swing Dance, then at night, the stunning 60 ft. Christmas tree sitting next to Enchanted Storybook Castle is lit during the “When We’re Together” ceremony hosted by our Frozen friend, Olaf. If you’re looking for holiday gifts, Sweethearts Confectionery has been stocked with limited-release holiday souvenirs, after being temporarily transformed into a Christmas shop. Holiday treats won’t be in short supply, visit Remy’s Patisserie or Lumiere’s Kitchen of holiday fare!
Tokyo Disneyland’s Christmas Fantasy celebration offers guests storybook-themed Christmas fun throughout the park. Part of the celebration includes Disney Gifts of Christmas, a special themed nighttime show projected on the castle. Extravagant holiday decorations, seasonal themed food, and seasonal merchandise has taken over the resorts and Tokyo DisneySea as well, offering an extra magical experience for the season.
